PANews 7月29日消息，据 The Block 报道，基于以太坊的视频流媒体平台 Livepeer 宣布完成 2000 万美元 B 轮融资。本轮融资由 Digital Currency Group （DCG）领投，Northzone、Coinbase Ventures、CoinFund、Animal Ventures 和 6th Man Ventures参投。 新融资将用于提升平台技术能力及扩大团队。目前 Livepeer团队拥有18人，其计划在年底前扩充到 30 人左右。Livepeer 成立于 2017 年，用户可以通过执行视频转码来获得 Livepeer 代币。迄今为止，Livepeer总共融资 3100 万美元。
