Sub0 online 會議是Parity 官方組織的一年一度的Substrate 線上會議！包括Gavin Wood 在內的Parity 核心開發者和正在使用Substrate 構建平行鏈的團隊都將在Sub0 上分享Polkadot 的最新進展、Substrate 生態發展以及使用Substrate 進行開發的經驗。

今年的Sub0 會議將於10 月13 日下午16：00 開始，Gavin Wood 會首先進行主題分享，Robert 接著會分享平行鏈的最新進展以及接下來的計劃！
