PANews reported on December 9 that, according to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) website, 9M AI Group Inc. / 9M AI has been listed as a "suspicious virtual asset trading platform" for operating without a SFC license and suspected of conducting unlicensed activities in Hong Kong and soliciting investment from Hong Kong investors.
