韓 경찰청, 인터폴에 '테라' 권도형 송환 협조 요청

경찰청이 가상자산 '테라·루나 폭락 사태' 핵심 인물인 권도형 테라폼랩스 대표를 한국으로 송환하기 위해 국제형사경찰기구(인터폴)에 협조를 요청했다. 경찰청은 7일 대한민국 인터폴국가중앙사무국 명의로 인터폴사무총국에 "사무총국 차원에서 대상자가 한국으로 인도될 수 있도록 관심과 지원을 바란다"는 내용의 전문을 발송했다고 밝혔다. 이용상 국제공조담당관은 "법무부 국제형사과와 경찰청이 각각 국제 형사공조 채널 및 인터폴 국제공조 라인을 통해 권씨 송환을 위해 함께 노력하고 있다"고 전했다. 앞서 몬테네그로 항소법원은 지난 5일 지난달 포드고리차 고등법원이 내린 권씨의 미국 인도 결정을 기각하고 원심으로 돌려보냈다.
