PANews 3月13日消息，据金十报道，汇丰控股宣布，其英国子公司汇丰英国银行有限公司以1英镑收购硅谷银行英国子公司，预计硅谷银行英国子公司的有形资产约为14亿英镑。截至3月10日，硅谷银行英国子公司拥有约55亿欧元的贷款和约67亿英镑的存款，英国央行在一份单独的声明中表示，它促成了这笔交易，客户存款将受到保护，交易中不涉及纳税人的钱。
英国方面表示，硅谷银行英国子公司的客户可以支取存款，银行业务正常。
