PANews reported on January 31 that Binance founder CZ posted, "The next quarter's Easy Residence project (YZi Labs) has received 400 applications. There are approximately 20 projects per quarter, with a goal of launching 4-6 quarters per year. I've found it easier to invest when the market isn't hot. All the hype will disappear, and real developers will continue building."
