PANews reported on November 19th that, according to a Filecoin Foundation announcement, Filecoin Onchain Cloud (FOC) has officially launched, marking the expansion of the Filecoin network towards full-chain composable cloud services. FOC combines verifiable storage, on-chain payments, and an open architecture, supporting developers in deploying AI, DeFi, and Web3 applications without centralized intermediaries. Initial partners include ENS, Monad, and Safe. The mainnet is scheduled to launch in January 2026.
